| Bring along | Technical underwear, fleece or tracksuit, down jacket and heavy socks. It is recommended to bring a full change of clothes because under the wetsuit the body wets clothes. Towel. Sneakers that can get wet (plus spare shoes). |

| Requirements | Min. 14 years old. (with an adult) It is not mandatory to know how to swim. The important thing is not to be afraid of water. Not recommended for people suffering from the following diseases: pregnant women, recent dislocation, dizziness, panic attacks, visually impaired, epileptic crisis. |

Further information
After the briefing with the guide, all the necessary clothing and equipment to enter the water will be provided.
With the provided watertight suit, no part of the body except the face will get wet.
The guide will explain progression techniques in both rope and free body.
After the briefing is over, the participants will walk up to reach the entrance of the canyon.
Between rappels, slides and dives in about 2 hours the participants will descend the trail to the starting point.
The most adventurous can choose to rappel the final 30-meter waterfall with a beautiful pool at its base where to repeat several dives.
