The adventure begins with a meeting at the bike rental, where participants will be introduced to the guide and set up with their e-bikes. Then it’s time to hit the trail for an exciting ride through breathtaking landscapes, lush forests, and hidden scenic spots. Along the way, there will be stops at panoramic viewpoints to take photos and hear fascinating insights about what makes this area so unique.
Midday calls for a well-deserved break with a traditional Alpine lunch in a stunning location in the heart of the Cansiglio, where guests can enjoy the rich, genuine flavors of mountain cuisine.
In the afternoon, the journey continues to a small, family-run winery. Surrounded by vineyards lovingly cared for, participants will learn about the winemaking process and explore the vineyard before indulging in a guided tasting of the estate’s award-winning Pinot Nero, paired with local cheeses and cured meats. A true sensory experience that reveals the soul of the territory with every sip.
